Manhattan, New York (March 30th, 2012) — CASIO took over the Highline Ballroom in Manhattan's Meat Packing District to promote the global launch of the CASIO XW-G1 Groove Synthesizer with performances by The Crystal Method and a DJ set by Enferno.
The night opened with a Press Event where Stephen Schmidt, vice president of Casio's keyboard division provided the media with Casio's marketing plans. This short presentation was followed by a product demonstration by Mike Martin, general manager of marketing.
To kickoff the entertainment portion of the evening, the invited guests were treated to some tasty hors d'oeuvres and cocktails after the conference. Enferno kicked off the amazing evening and got the audience ready for The Crystal Method who rocked the house. Red light sabers waving and the incredible sounds from the evening were a great way to kick off this new synthesizer collection.
